During my time at Summerhill Ranch training with the wonderful and wise Denise Linn I had many, many opportunities to practice as a past life coach. I thought that I would find coaching a past life regression to be more difficult than soul coaching but when the time came for me to work as the past life coach it felt smooth and the experience was amazing.

There is a connection that is created between the client and the coach during both a soul journey and a past life regression that is indescribeable. Prior to guiding anyone on a soul journey or a past life regression the coach and the client discuss the purpose and the intent of the journey. Once the journey begins, a beautiful dance between the client and the coach weaves its magic and there is a profound energy that exists between the two.

Denise says fantastically that, "you are more than your past", meaning that you are more than the sum total of all of the events or circumstances of this life or lives that your soul has experienced previously. Once you fully grasp that concept you realize that you have the power to change disturbing events that have occurred. When we've experienced something negative in this life we often play that recording over and over in our heads until we find ourselves incapacitated about moving forward joyfully. Soul journeying can be extremely helpful in these circumstances.

It works the same with a past life. Whether you believe that your soul actually lived a past life or whether you think that your brain is just making up stories doesn't really matter. Either way you will experience profound and lasting effects in the life that you are living now. The reason for this is that you can CHANGE the recording. 

Lets say for example that you are someone that is afraid of everything. You allow your fears to become larger and larger every time you run the "fear" recording in your head. You begin to rob your life of experiences because you're afraid of the dark, afraid of water, afraid of heights, afraid to look like a fool, etc.. You're paralyzed by it. 

In a deep state of relaxation you can journey to a time when your soul lived a past life and experienced a major event that started the "fear" recording that plays over and over for you. You may wonder why you would want to relive that all over again, but during your journey you have the chance to make changes! You are more than your past!

As a past life coach I am able to guide you toward a resolution for yourself in these circumstances. By taking control of the situation you are able to leave your regression with a feeling of having addressed your fear and when you carry that into your every day life you feel liberation! 

Whether you are guided on a soul journey or a past life regression you are totally in control. People often ask me how it feels and I always say that it feels like your sub-concious mind and your concious mind have switched roles. While you are experiencing your past life you are completely aware of your current body and the things going on around you. You're able to carry on a normal conversation.

Past life regressions can be very emotional and while you are on the journey you may find yourself crying, laughing, smiling or just wanting to quietly enjoy the beauty around you. As a coach I act as your guide and give you the time that you need during your journey to drink it all in. If you need a prompt to move more quickly I do that as well, but my job as your coach is to go at your pace. If a situation is uncomfortable and you want to change it, I am able to help you find the means to do that so that you leave your journey satisfied and with closure. 

I loved every minute of my practice as a past life regression coach. I learned much from my own journeys and equally as much from the miraculous ladies that I had an opportunity to work with.
